- We accept returns for all full price items for a Credit Gift Card to be used online/instore or Size Exchange.
- Items must be returned within 21 days of receiving your order, unfortunately if 21 days have gone by since your purchase unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange or a credit gift card.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in a unused conditions, with all original labels and tags attached.
- Proof of purchase needs to be provided.
- Please note this policy is non-negotiable.
We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind or make the wrong selection. Refunds will only be processed if the item has been deemed faulty.
- Gift cards
- Unframed prints
- Bed linen (for hygiene reasons)
- Any item that is nor it its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery
How to return/exchange your item/s?
To complete your return or exchange contact us FIRST within 21 days of purchase, please note we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will be issued for either a Credit Gift Card to be used either instore/online or Size exchange. Please email our friendly staff at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the reason for your return and select your preferred return option stated above.
You can return your parcel to the address below using your preferred postage service. Please note you will have to cover the postage cost for sending your items back to us.

You are also more than welcome to bring your item/s & order confirmation into The Retreat Co Nowra store where our staff can process either,

Refunds (If applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected by our staff, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please note this might take a certain amount of days.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only exchange items if they are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a email at email@example.com and send your item to : 76 Kinghorne Street, Nowra NSW 2541.
Cost of Return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item/s, these cost are are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If your package/s does not reach us safety we unfortunately cannot complete your return/exchange. So we highly recommend to use a tracked shipping method for a safe delivery back to us. Please note that The Retreat Home will not be held responsible if any of your item’s get lost in transit.
